Food Intake
Have breakfast everyday to keep your energy up and burn more calories. Eat a healthy cereal, oatmeal, protein shake or some fruit. Try to eat 3-5 small meals a day, if you’re over weight start eating half of what you would normally eat to watch the pounds fall off. Say no to chips, cookies, candy, juices & sodas; all these foods cause acne, cavities, fatigue and make your stomach bigger. Choose one day to have your favorite junk foods.
Water
You need to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water everyday. Example: if you weigh 128lbs, then you need to drink 64oz of water everyday that is four 16oz bottles. Not drinking enough water causes dehydration which makes you age faster, look older, dry skin, acne, constipation, fatigue, back pain, muscle cramps, headaches, and organ failure. So drink up to stay pretty, youthful & have beautiful skin!
Fruits & Veggies
Find out what you’re favorite fruits & veggies are. Eat at least three pieces of fruit and three veggies everyday. Have a small salad before dinner with a light dressing and use only three tablespoons. If three tablespoons is not enough, your salad is too big.
Cardio
Perform 30 minutes or more of physical activity 3-5 days a week. Activities such as dancing, jogging, walking, swimming, jump rope, etc will help to keep your weight down and raise your energy as well as making you feel better about yourself.

Strength Training
Perform 30minutes or more of muscle training exercises. Follow the exercises from The Fitt Factory Home Workout Program or follow a
Workout video. Workout your whole body weekly to maintain an overall tone and feel more confident in your appearance.
Emotional/Spiritual
Get connected to life. Pray, meditate, journal, write in your diary, be creative or watch a sunset. Write down all your dreams for your life and read that list everyday. Say thank you everyday for all that you have. Most of all Love yourself.
